This week I had the pleasure of hearing Mr. Randy Wickstrom, founder of Purple Durple Organizers speak to a large group of entrepreneurs. Randy is a professional organizer. He helps businesses and homeowners organize their homes and offices. Randy also volunteers at local schools to help students become more organized. Randy discussed a major issue he has to overcome with his clients… HOARDING. He has many techniques to help his clients- LET GO. I was thinking and then it hit me. Many of the clients Echo can help are HOARDERS. No they don’t hoard objects; they hoard tasks. Many entrepreneurs just don’t know how to let go of those menial tasks that take them away from there strengths and their passion. Most entrepreneurs wear too many hats and in turn, hinder their own success. Entrepreneurs like Randy are an inspiration because he loves what he does. Many people share his passion. That passion can often be hindered because noone is passionate about answering phone calls, setting appointments, confirming appointments, maintaining their website or updating their database. Echo helps its clients do that every day. Echo has the team to help entrepreneurs focus on their strengths and stay true to their passion. So, if you need help getting rid of your favorite pair of jeans from High School, call Randy. If you need help getting rid of those tasks that slow you down in your business, call ECHO Business Solutions. Purple Durple Organizers www.purpledurpleorganizers.com

Instead of reacting to problems, teams now guide customers through complex journeys. Their role has gr
