endeavors but in your life. What I am talking about is motivation. I'm not talking about the rah rah motivation that you see on Instagram, or that you are reading in books. I'm talking about that deep, underlying motivation that drives you everyday. It's what drives you to get out of bed in the morning, and what drives you to put in that extra work when you're too tired to go on. It's those deep, underlying, scary, motivating factors that drive you sometimes in a subconscious way, fear. For many of us it may be the fear of failure, lack of money, or feelings of low self-worth. But whatever the motivating factor is, I'm here to tell you don't be afraid of it but embrace it. I don't care who you are, we all have things that motivate us to achieve above and beyond. I think the difference between people who are successful and people who are not, is that people who are successful know how to utilize those motivating factors in a positive, beneficial way rather than a fearful way. So if you are not where you want to be in your fitness plan or in your life in general, what I feel is most beneficial is going back to the drawing board and to analyze what motivates you. Whatever it is that motivates you put it down on some paper. Look at it everyday, and utilize that deep underlying passion that you have to propel you forward to achieving your goals. Don't be afraid of it, embrace it. We are all capable of accomplishing things well above and beyond what we even feel feasible, the trick is not being afraid to reach down deep within your subconscious and pull out those things that motivate you and scare you.
