Aging or ageing is the process that involves changes on physical, psychological, culture and social levels. After years of toils due to ageing the body starts to get wrinkled and rough on outer side. But, from within the organs too begin to wear and tear. Almost two thirds of people experience loss of mental lucidity. Along with ageing also comes decline in memory, reduction in the power of concentration, clarity, increase in neurological related problems such as Parkinson’s or stroke etc.

A small work outdoors, a stroll in the garden with other older friends, meetings up weekly for some tea parties, having a chat over the issues mentioned in the news not only helps in making old age fun and lively but it also does good to the overall health and keeps the mind and body active.

Age related problems such as Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s can be treated by following estrogen therapy which can improve your visual and verbal memory effectively. Furthermore, for a healthy ageing avoiding smoking, avoiding drugs and getting more sleep is sure to make you feel healthy and young.
