Link Building With Respect to Blogging
An effective blogging gives importance to three factors, content, links, and format. This writing is concerned with the links that is part of effective blogging. The term Google Juice needs to be explained, before going into any further detail of links, and link building strategies.
Google juice refers to the amount of engine traffic, which an inbound link can provide to a receiving page. The higher the Google Juice, the higher the search engine result page (SERP) rank. Moreover, the weaker the Google Juice, the lower the SERP rank.
Link Types:
1. Internal Link:
It links one webpage of your blog to another page of the same blog. These internal links can be helpful in guiding reader to other related material on your website or blog.
Search engines use the internal links to rate the pages of your website. There is flow of Google Juice in internal links, but not to the extent, which flows in external links.
2. External Link:
It is a type of link, which points from another website to a page on your website. External links can point to main page, archives, or individual post.
External links pass more Google Juice compared to internal links.
3. Hypertext Link:
Hypertext link is a kind of visible text, which is linked to some other post. A hypertext link is a tool mainly used by SEO professionals. Majority of link building services providers, utilize this kind of link for SEO purpose.
The keywords in the hypertext are crucial, because they assist the search engines in figuring out the topics, to which the post is linked.

There is a variety of strategies for link building, and majority of them is based on external linking. A few of the prevalent strategies are as under:
Internal Links:
Internal links are easy to setup, you can create them on your own. Just keep in mind that the posts that are linked must be related, and the hypertext is used properly.

If you are an owner of more than one website, then link building will be as easy as it is for internal linking. This strategy is not common among bloggers, as majority of bloggers have one website only.
Linking with other blogs:
This is another good method for building inbound links, but it works occasionally. It all depends on the subjectivity of the owner of the website, to whom you link your blog. If the owner returns the favor, he can link back to your blog. This method mainly works between blogs of same nature and size.
Guest Posts:
It is a method, in which you write posts for other blogs containing links to your own blog. By posting your links on the other blog, you create back links.
Article Directories:
Different article directories like ezine.com can accept your article and posts. In these posts, you can mention back links to your website. The drawback to this link building method is that, writing posts and articles is very time consuming.
Blogger Network:
Another effective method of developing inbound links is to join a blogger network, where a number of bloggers agree to share links with each other on regular basis.

In a nutshell, the more the links the more the flow of Google Juice and more the flow of Google Juice more will enhance the chances of improvement in your website ranking. So, try to create as much back links to your blog as possible and turn your traffic into money.
