The health aspects and intentions to take care of ones’ health have become a huge aspect and responsibility that has to be given consideration. Eating habits, living habits, financial aspects, regular exercises are some of the aspects which play major role in maintaining the good health conditions. Apart from most scientific reasons, health and hygiene are the two factors among us and neighborhood critically isolates all other factors from the mind and postulates that living habits are one of the major reasons for the good health, preventing the occurrence of harmful diseases.
In this writing, we focus on”living habits of individual” stating that the improper and unhygienic living manners are the responsible for the diseases.
The habits which are considered to be the good and hygienic are clean living environment, tidy living rooms especially kitchen and utensils that are used for cooking. Good ventilations which inlet air and flow free environment in the surroundings of the living yards. Habit of cleaning the used utensils, clothes we wear, regular bathing, application of the cleansing agents and room refreshers are some of the good habits to maintain the living environment clean and tidy.

The habits generally are originated from the psychological functionalities and physical daily work can be considered very important because they always originate and stimulate to any course of time. Psychologically, depression, nervousness, high impulse attacks and mood fluctuations are some of disorders which are partially dependent on the living habit, Diet and physical stress from the daily activities.

Diseases can be caused from intake of improper Diet, poor living habits and genetically problems, of which; the psychologically generated living habits such as smoking, intake of drugs, alcohol consumption, laziness and lacking the self-motivational aspects to take care of thy selves. Though, many of the factors are inter-related to the other aspects, such as physically challenged or mentally retarded individuals from the early ages.

Smoking, and consumption of alcohol, considered to be social and accepted as “no-problem” condition by many groups of people who believes that these kind of habits sometimes helpful physically and naturally. Scenarios such as, people who are thin and lean, who has under-weight problems were suggested to consume alcohol in lower level in order to raise the hormonal growth to raise strength and gain weight. In vice-versa, excess weight individuals are prone to smoking habits in order to reduce the fat contents, burn the calories and reduce the weight. These two scenarios are examples of the psychologically originated habits, opted by many people.

Physiologically originated habits that are responsible for diseases are excess of physical exercises, excess intake of food, miss-management of the domestic applications, such as excessive watching television, which can lead to laziness, lacking the levels of health and fitness. The psychological intentions of an individual, willing to see the results from the improper form of exercising, can make the metabolism improper and increases curiosity resulting in psychological disorders and lack of balance. Thus, it is considered to be very bad habit and is responsible for the diseases.

Habits related to cleanliness, neatness and tidy environment maintenance are also important and impacts originated from each aspects affects the health aspects of the individual. Depending on the geographical location and financial status, the habits regards the cleanliness and environment is classified. E.g. the remote, dusty and hilly areas, poor homes and low living standards caused by poverty and financial problems make the outlook different from the regular habits. The suspicious conditions such as psychological thought of maintaining the good habits with poor health, makes the implementation to gain cleanliness and tidy environment impossible. In vice-versa, the excessive implementation to maintain physical health, e.g. excess exercising, can lead to psychological disorders thus resulting in the attack of diseases.

Metabolism and balance of the health attributes can be obtained not only by clear understanding and but also implementing the habits in a systematic manner. Setting up small goals and achieving them, such habits can prevent the diseases from occurring.
