When I was given an opportunity to write about “Live in Present” that sounded daunting as I was not living in the present. I started off by using one of Param Pujya Dadashri’s principles of doing “Samayik” – a process of introspection in one’s life. During the introspection, I observed that when I talk to people, I am not present and keep thinking about how I will respond to that person or my mind wonders about other things that need to be resolved. I also realized, during Samayik that when I am watching a movie or drama, I am focused, my mind does not wonder around but when it comes to other areas in my life, I start worrying. The Great Gnani Purush Param Pujya Dadashri has said, “Enjoy whatever comes in front of you now. Live in the present” and therefore, I decided to experiment on “Live in the present”. By writing this article, it would give me firsthand experience and an opportunity to “Live in the Present” whereby I can share my journey of living in the present. First day of my experiment, it was Saturday morning; I was all prepared to help people file their taxes. People who made their appointments came, but the volunteers who were assisting me did not show up, after that everything had to go wrong and I started worrying about the situation. However, when I got a few minutes, I asked Param Pujya Dadashri “Please give me the strength to overcome this situation” and whatever happens it is meant to be, in Param Pujya Dadashri’s term vyavasthit (Scientific Circumstantial Evidence). I got centered by just taking few minutes and made a call to someone to volunteer, that person decided to help me. It was all in my head that the people will get upset, frustrated and disappointed etc. However, the situation turned out to be positive and opposite from what I thought would happen, the people were patient, understanding and they were willing to wait. One time I had asked Param Pujya Deepakbhai, “What if I forget to live in the present as I get engrossed in my work?” Param Pujya Deepakbhai told me, “It is never too late to start again”; I remembered those words and started living in the present again. After this experiment just for a day, I realized when my mind wondered around or I get engrossed and busy at work, I can just take few minutes to get centered and use Param Pujya Dadashri’s spiritual science to “Enjoy whatever comes in front of you now and focus only in one department. Live in the Present”. To read more visit: https://www.dadabhagwan.org/path-to-happiness/self-help/live-in-the-present/

To answer your question, let’s study the following words of Param Pujya Dada Bhagwan, an Enlightened being, very carefully. He says: “This puzzle has come about on its own, governed by the laws of science. I am telling you that this world is run only by Scientific Circumstantial Evidences. In Gujarati, I call it 'Vyavasthit Shakti'... It is all run by scientific circumstantial evidences. The whole world is run by this energy. These words are not easy to understand, unless
