If you've been living with asthma, you may be familiar with how the respiratory disease can affect your life and affect quality of life. In fact, asthma can be fatal, but nevertheless can do things to help you deal with it. Read on for some tips you may find useful.

1. Know your triggers. Episodes of asthma can be triggered by many factors and, in fact, asthma sufferers have different triggers different. If you are an asthma sufferer, take note of your shot and make sure to avoid those factors at all costs. Pollen, dust, pollution, strong odors, foods, temperature extremes, and many others actually can be asthma triggers, so try to identify and find your own ways to avoid as much as possible.

2. Reduce and manage stress. Stress is another factor that can aggravate asthma or ignite. To help manage the day to day stress, management can try to massage, meditation, regular exercise, yoga and other practices that can help manage stress.

3. Finding a good exercise. A good aerobic exercise is nothing you can do if you are living with asthma. You can do simple walking early in the morning. However, do not overdo the exercise and excessive exercise can also cause you are too tired and can also trigger asthma attacks. Consult your doctor regarding the intensity and type of exercise you can do to help you deal with asthma.

4. Maintain a healthy lifestyle around your area. If you live with asthma, you have to consider your home as clean as possible. Be sure to stop mold and moisture in your bathroom. Also make sure the bathroom and kitchen are well ventilated and free of mold and moisture.

5. Avoid aerosols. If you are an asthma sufferer, to avoid the spray of insecticides and pesticides that can cause respiratory irritation. The use of traps and other means that does not use chemicals to kill insects and pests in the home if you really need it.

6. Add air conditioning filters for air. Dust can be an asthma trigger so when you turn the air conditioner on, make sure you have placed an air filter in it so it also can eliminate dust and dust mites that can circulate in air.

7. Breathing exercises. Learning to breathe deeply can also help you deal with this disorder. Shortness of breath can be one of the effects of asthma and learn how to handle this difficulty can be helpful.

8. Increase intake of foods rich in vitami
A, B6, B12, vitami
C, E and omega-3 fatty acids. Build your immune system with foods rich in these vitamins because these types of foods helpful in the treatment of asthma.

9. Stay away from cigarette smoke and snuff. In fact, they are dangerous to your health and if you are living with asthma, may also be a trigger for an attack.

10. Manage your pets at home. If you are an asthma sufferer, you may want to choose not to have pets at home, but if you already have one, be sure to keep the house clean and free, especially since pet dander can also trigger asthma.

Knowing how to control asthma is a great help and a must for asthma sufferers. If you know how to manage this disorder, you can help yourself reduce stress and difficulty of this respiratory disorder.
