LIVING YOUR BEST LIFE As this year draws to an end and a new year begins, most of us make promises, with all good intentions, to live a better life. This is the year we’re going to lose twenty pounds. This is the year we’re going to start our own business. This is the year we’re going to keep an exercise program. This is the year we’re going to eat healthier. But then before we know it, we fall back into our old ways, habits and thoughts that keep us year after year in the same place. Keeping your good intentions and your promises to yourself takes commitment, perseverance and active change. No matter who you are, where you came from or where you are in your life right now, you can turn your life around. YOU CAN LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE NOW. You and only you hold the golden key that can open the world for you and transform your life into the miraculous journey it was meant to be. LIVING YOUR BEST LIFE is not up to someone else to deliver. My mother always said “the way you make your bed is the way you’ll sleep in it.” And the way you’ll make your life, is the way you’ll live in it. Your life is up to you. You are the only one who can rule and regulate and shape and mold every second of your life. You have the control to dream, imagine, create and achieve. You hold within you endless possibilities and unlimited potential to go as far as you can imagine, or not. What are your hopes and aspirations? What are your dreams? Your desires? What is your passion? Can you imagine your dream-come-true-life? Can you imagine its greatness? Can you feel yourself living inside your imagined dreams? Can you get past the fears that are keeping you in a life of mediocrity? Can you get past the thoughts that are limiting you rather than expanding? It’s up to you to choose the thoughts that will manifest a life full of health, happiness and prosperity.
