It is a known fact that in order to lose belly fat you have to exercise and eat healthy. There is no miracle pill or juice to make it go away but drinking aloe Vera juice can help to increase your metabolism and give you more energy so you will feel like doing those necessary exercises. You should also make sure that in order to keep your energy level up you should be eating a minimum of one gram of protein for every pound you weigh. You also need to have a minimum of two grams of complex carbohydrates for every pound you weigh. By doing this it will help to limit your body fat to up to twenty percent of your intake of calories. When trying to lose belly fat you want to increase the alkaline PH balance in your body and drinking aloe Vera juice is one way to do this naturally. You can drink aloe Vera in vegetable or fruit juice or plain but it does have a bitter taste. You could also make a drink of egg white, honey, and a little lime juice. You can use the pulp of one of the aloe Vera leaves or you can chop one of the leaves into small pieces and blend it until it becomes a gel. Mix either with the other ingredients and drink two to four ounces once or twice a day. If you decide to use the pulp you have to slice off a leaf, open it up, and then scrape off the pulp. If you want to get aloe Vera juice in concentrated form instead of using the plant you can find it in health food stores. When drinking aloe Vera juice on a daily basis it can help you in decreasing your muscle to fat ratio. It will also detoxify your body by purifying your digestive system which can result in losing weight and belly fat. In addition to adding aloe Vera juice to fruit and vegetable drinks you can also use different herbs to the aloe Vera juice. One such aloe Vera-herb drink is thirty grams of aloe Vera juice, and three grams of each of these herbs: • Cumin seeds powderrn• Turmeric powderrn• Terminalia chebula powder (haritiki) • Tinospora cordifolia powder (giloy/guduchi) You mix all of this with a half glass of water. If you need it a little sweeter you can add a teaspoon of either nectar or honey. Make this when you get up and drink it on an empty stomach, then wait sixty minutes before eating anything.
