How do you stay thin, healthy and gorgeous? It’s actually very simple- Eat organic! Eat and drink organic everything. Just about every non-organic food or drink has an organic alternative. Get your freedom back and stop starving yourself! The reason why I called this approach a “diet” is so you would believe that my advice could help you lose weight.

You won’t have to worry about fluctuations in weight if you stick to the plan. If you do not stick to the plan, you could gain some weight back, but it will be easy to lose once you get back on the bandwagon. We need a healthy lifestyle not a “diet”. We need to eat not fall asleep at our desks at work and school from lack of nourishment. We need to be happy, comfortable and productive to function! Once you get started on the organic kick, you will notice that your skin and hair look better, you feel great and, of course, you start losing those unwanted bulges, and you will never go back to your old ways.

You can actually taste the chemicals in non-organic food when you’re used to an organic diet. I only had regular salt at my workplace and I needed to add some flavor to my lunch one day so I went for it. I noticed that the salt dissolved in physical form and in flavor in a matter of seconds and I had to add more. Sea salt works so much better and I use less. When I tasted the regular salt, it felt like my tongue was burning! It is very typical after you switch to an organic diet to suddenly notice how fake your old food was!

The fact is that many non-organic foods contain pesticides and chemicals and these toxins build in your system and prevent your body from getting rid of waste. The waste collects, you gain weight and your body becomes more and more toxic. The build up of toxins in your body can cause you to become tired and sick. You could be more susceptible to medical conditions like IBS, migraines, and many more conditions. Enough toxins could even put you at risk for cancer.

Eating organic will easily become part of your healthy lifestyle because you do not need to sacrifice the food you love to lose weight. You will eat less because you will be full faster. You might say that organic food is expensive. It does cost a little more than the food you bought before. You must, however, take into consideration the money you wasted on diet fads and classes, add in the fact that you can still eat just about everything you enjoy and still lose weight, know that you will look better and feel awake and wonderful. That extra dollar doesn’t seem so scary any more, does it? This will work. There is no doubt in my mind that this is the best possible decision for anyone to make, no matter what your size. Once your body finds its comfortable weight, you will stop losing and will maintain your figure without “dieting”!
