• For mothers, cardiovascular exercises are advised such as brisk walking, running, dancing, tread milling, etc.
• You can begin by a simple walk around the work, either an early morning walk, or a late afternoon walk; you can bring your baby with you on a stroller. As you go home, you can also do an aerobic exercise using a video tape that you can just simply follow.
• For a start, exercise should be done 3 times a week for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Do not engage in an exercise to a point of exhausting your body.
