I know you might be tempted to just say what the heck, I give up, but you should never have quitting as an option. The one thing that may set success apart from failure is your ability to keep on track and stay focus.
The growing girth of our nation is at a breaking point. If you happen to be willing to make change for permanent weight loss, then now is the time. We keep hearing that there is not enough food to feed the starving nations in the world, but we see so much food gluttony and waste in North America.
From now on we should never look at foods the same way again. Our consciousness must be in tuned with our weight loss goals, if they are not we will have a problem.
There is lies our dilemma, too much calories and not enough activities.
Meat and dairy products dominate almost every food we eat, you're hard press to get away from it. But it is making us fat. Animal protein dominates our food choice and this food group is very high in fats, oils and cholesterol.
With the food choices around us seemingly endless, what can i eat to drop extra pounds? The answer to that is not as heard as you think.
Our bodies crave healthy. wholesome, highly nutritious foods that are low in fat and oils. Most folks are shocked at the fat burning results that they see once this change is made.
I always recommend that individuals eat smaller size meals more frequently during the day, I am not talking with reference to snaking, but instead eating good, wholesome foods that are low in fat and high in fiber. Doing this will cut down on binge eating due to extended hunger periods. A good healthy breakfast sets you up for success for the rest of the day.
Because your body functions begins to shut down after the sun sets, eating meals late at night will mean that most of it will probably be converted to fat and stored
It is better to eat more frequently throughout the day but with smaller portion sizes at each meal.
Putting all of these four elements together will result in a lasting solution to your weight problem and you will never have to worry on the subject of being fat ever again.
