We are programmed to believe a lot of exercise is the perfect solution to weight
loss. Eat whatever you want and as long as you exercise you will be able tornmaintain a healthy weight. While there is a some truth to this, many people inrntoday's world claim that they find it impossible to exercise. At least enough tornmake sure that they are maintaining a healthy weight, let alone drop any extra
pounds.
So does this mean that we are all going to end up overweight because we cannot
spend hours in the gym each week? Of course not, but if you do not watch the
amount of calories you are taking in you will end up facing some weight issues.
I can personally testify to the over-exercise thing. I would keep indulging in a
cookie here, an ice cream cone there...and then feel guilty and go and try tornexercise it off. It did work for awhile. But I really just wound up having firm fat
and sore knee's. And I never addressed my bad eating habits. I didn't want tornlose weight with food so much because then I would have to restrict myrnintake....and I am a volume eater. Once I accepted the fact that the knee's were
just not going to carry me anymore and I had no choice. That was and still is,
hard to accept.
If you are in that predicament and looking to shed some unwanted pounds, don't
worry. There is a solution. Studies have shown that to lose weight with food can
be done. With my 10 years experience as a weight loss counselor I have found:
you can lose weight without exercising but you can't lose weight unless you
restriction the volume and type of food you are eating.
A balanced diet along with drinking at least eight glasses of water a day can help
drop the weight even without the exercise. Whenever you find yourself with a
spare moment though, it is in your physical best interest to get some exercise. Gornfor a walk or jump on the treadmill. Anything and everything helps. New research
shows even 5 or 10 minutes of condensed exercise is beneficial to your health and
waistline.
There is no need to continue to put off dropping those extra pounds because with
a controlled diet so you can finally achieve your dream weight goal. You can
continue living the daily routine you are used to, eat so that you are not starving,
and lose weight without even really trying too hard. Does that sound appealing?
If you need help beginning such an endeavor, my food plan lays out a 28 day
program, complete with menu’s, recipes and 8 easy daily guidelines. It helps you
to control your sugar and food cravings and get your appetite under control. And
you will never feel deprived when following my food plan.
By taking such simple steps, you will soon see that you are on your way to a much
healthier lifestyle. This of course, will be accompanied by weight loss, which isrnsomething that is great when it is done the right way. Just make sure that even
after you have achieved your weight goal you are continuing with your new
healthy way of eating to maintain that weight.
