A double chin refers to the extra skin around the neck that lies under the chin. This fat looks like a second chin and is called subcutaneous fat. It is usually found on someone who is elderly or overweight. In saying this, the average weight person can have a double chin if they have loose skin or a certain bone structure. Swap sides and repeat. Another tip to get rid of your double chin is to avoid certain foods.
