I don’t think anyone wants to have love handles…or carry excess weight around their waistline… However take a look around and chubby belly’s seem to be everywhere these days...having a fat waistline can not only be dangerous health risk… but if can also turn into being 50 pounds overweight...weight-gain does seem to creep up on us with age…and now days we are seeing more and more young people with overweight conditions…
It is much better to nip your weight problems in the bud before it becomes a large and difficult problem to overcome…the fact of the matter is…doing more crunches or resistance training will not get rid of love handles...In order to get rid of love handles you have to as I always say: burn fat and build muscle…doing more abdominal work will only develop the muscles that are unde
eath the fat…but will not get rid of the belly fat on top of the muscles…in fact building the abdominal muscles unde
eath the fat will actually make the waistline look bigger…if you are not following a nutrition plan designed to reduce body fat...you simply have to burn fat through dieting and build muscle through training… if you want to look good naked or get rid of love handles…
If you want to burn fat…you will need to follow the Spartan Phase One Nutrition Plan…Burning fat requires limiting your intake of high calorie foods like fruit and sugar and high fat foods such as any-thing fried…that means no fried chicken and no french-fries……as well as drinking lots of water and eating plenty of fiber…
Losing those love handles is all about dieting to burn fat and building muscle to increase metabolism…losing belly fat happens naturally when you come into in harmony with your body’s metabolic system...increasing resting metabolic levels will simply melt your love handles away in no time…
The benefits to having an attractive fit waistline are endless...no surgery needed…when you are always in beach body shape…not to mention you look good naked...with the loss of belly-fat-love-handles…health problems just melt away with the body fat…and when you’re following a nutrition plan and weight training on a routine basis...the waistline is easy to keep lean and hard…and let’s not forget to do your cardio exercises at least 3 times per week if not 4 or 5 times per week...
Here are some exercises that will give you a slimmer waistline: twisting crunches…or any abdominal twisting motion…Side bends are great…stand with your feet about shoulder with apart and your knees slightly bent...bend to one side as far as you can…and then to the other side…this targets the oblique muscles where the body fat gain becomes your love handles...Torso twists another good one…for making abs look flat-fit-firm…stand like you would when doing side bends but you twist from one side to the other side…stretching your abs and holding the abdominal muscles at the same time…I like to do this exercise with a bar behind my head resting on my shoulders…with my hands gripping the bar wide…on each side…this gives me a really good stretch and twist…really working the oblique muscles where fat-love-handles tend to develop…
Remember now…a lack of following a nutrition plan and fitness program is what got you love handles in the first place…nutrition is king...exercise is queen...put them together and you have a kingdom of health and fitness…having a slimmer waistline and seeing washboard abdominal muscles…is intensely motivating…yes…you can lose your love handles fast…you’re worth it aren’t you??? So let’s get started today…
