It is extremely restraining because it is believed that the diet provides no health benefits and may bring health at risk because of the excessive intake of meat. Thus, this diet is considered a fad diet. Most people are much aware of their diets today. Some do practice paleo diet for a healthy living. This diet refers to as a “ Cave Man Diet”. People who practice paleolithic diet usually only eat foods that cover the major dietary components. These foods include fruits, vegetables, roots, refined sugar, fish, grains, legumes, corn barley etc. Giving more attention on your diet give you good health. There are also some who does not pay enough attention on their diet and gain more diseases as a return or as a result. Delicious foods can lure us easily most especially when it looks delicate and sophisticated. Watching your health is not a big responsibility for every person.
