Loving self completely is another Jewel for Self Discovery on our journey of the soul. Love is a powerful energy that is within us and all around us as God is love.

Loving self completely is an essential component for us to live as spirit beings. When we by-pass self love and search for love from others first, we hinder our growth and development as spiritual beings. The place to begin first and foremost on our journey of the soul is with loving self completely.

Healing begins with loving self completely. The wounded parts of self become whole in the light of the healing energy of embracing self with love. This is especially helpful during the grieving process.

Love and Accept Yourself

Love and accept self just as you are. Self love begins with embracing ourself more fully, the good, the bad and the ugly.

Love and accept self without judgement. When we accept self completely we honor our body, our mind, our emotions and spirit.

We are all flawed as humans. When we can see the positive and negative parts of self we can love and accept self more completely. The natural result then is to love and accept others more easily, just as they are without conditions. We then become more aware of our Divine nature, our connection to each other and to Goddess Gaia for we are all one.

Affirmation

Write the affirmatio
"I love myself completely" slowly on a piece of paper, line by line. As you write stay focused on each word and it's true meaning like a meditation.

Pay attention to how you feel as you write these words of your affirmation. When feelings of pain, doubt, resistance or limiting beliefs come up simply turn the page over and jot them down. For example you may feel "I don't deserve love because I am not good enough." Jot the feeling down and go back to the front side of the page and continue to write the affirmatio
"I love myself completely."

As more fear or limiting thoughts rise up from inside, continue to turn the paper over and write them down. This simple process is powerful because you are feeding your subconscious mind a positive statement of truth or affirmation. You also get to see your unconscious blocks to loving self. By seeing your inner blocks you are shedding light on them, allowing a healing to occur in the presence of our own self love. Love is the healer, the purifier. Love brings up everything unlike itself especially when you use the "I love myself completely" affirmation.

When we love ourselves we are loving Spirit and all of our brothers and sisters in the universe. We are then manifesting the truth that your essence is love.

When a client sets up an Intuitive Reading session with me I suggest that they write down their questions before the session. The specific questions help the client to focus their intention on what they want guidance for in their life.

At the beginning of the Intuitive Reading with each individual, I go into a meditative state and ask Spirit to allow me to be a clear and pure channel of love, healing and guidance for the client. The answer to each question flows through me in words and pictures. The information that I channel is spiritual yet practical.
