What prevents us from being our authentic self is the act of not honoring our real feelings. We all have the habit of doing many things with our feelings, including; covering them up, dismissing them, minimizing them, denying them, withholding..We spend a lot of energy dishonoring our true nature - who we really are. Inside our unpleasant and undealt feelings is FEAR. We are afraid what we will experience or maybe terrified what more will come up. We've become invested in protecting ourselves; yet we pay a price. We become unconsciously frozen in our present life which can manifest in a myriad of ways.

Are you afraid to speak up?
Do you avoid confrontation?
Do you avoid taking risks?
Are you easily sensitive to others feedback?
Are you excessively controlling?
Do you feel depressed and anxious and sometimes not sure why?

I could list hundreds of questions pointing to how we are not being and accessing who we really are, avoiding and holding back all because of fear. When we work through our feelings, we can release our fear and judgements of self. Rage, fear, shame...can be toxic energies holding us back from unlimited potential for joy and abundance.

Tapping Directions

1. Tap along with the following tapping to reduce your negative emotions and raise your emotional vibration.
2. The goal is to reduce your emotional intensity with the tapping rounds. First we address the negative feelings to help release the negative vibrations you are holding. Then we tap on positive rounds to release the intensity and invite new positive shifts in thoughts and feelings.
3. Tune into a feeling you tend to avoid (anger, sadness etc.) example - "I don't want want to feel anger"
4. Using the 0-10 scale - rate how strong the avoidance feels 0 = none 10= extreme avoidance

* NOTE:- FEEL FREE TO CHANGE THE WORDS I USE TO YOUR WORDS IN THE TAPPING- FOR EXAMPLE YOU CAN SUBSTITUE THE WORD UPSET FOR ANGRY; WHATEVER FITS FOR YOU

* Rate your intensity now - if your emotional intensity has not reduced, repeat this round again before you go to the next rounds.
