anyone low calorie and vegetarian recipes are probably boring and bland. But the truth is, it can be a tasty and healthy alternative to some of your favorite dishes. This article will share with you two examples of such recipes.

1. Black Bean veggie burgers

For this recipe you will need

1 can black beans

* 1 / 2 an onion

* 1 / 2 cup flour

* 2 slices of bread

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

* Salt 1 / 2 teaspoon of veterans

Salt and pepper

To prepare, follow these steps:

a). Dice the onion, then saute for about 4 or 5 minutes until soft.

b) Pour the black beans in a large bowl and mash until almost smooth.

c) Add sautéed onions, garlic powder, onion powder and seasoned salt with black beans.

d) Crumble up the bread slices and add to mixture.

e) Add the flour to the mix a few tablespoons at a time, stirring after each addition.

f) Pour a small amount of oil in a pan and let it warm up.

g) Using your hands, take some of the meat mixture to the bowl and shape into a patty that is approximately 1 / 2 thick.

h) Fry the patties until firm.

You will be amazed how good these burgers taste.

2. Tofu Scramble

Have you ever tried tofu? Well, you really should. The tofu is used as a substitute for meat in many vegetarian dishes. And fight tofu is an excellent alternative to scrambled eggs.

You will need:

* 1 block tofu, drained and press

* 1 / 2 yellow onion

* Pepper 1 / 2 green

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

* Parsley 1 / 2 teaspoon

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

2 teaspoons oil or margarine

These are the steps for cooking:

a) Cut the tofu into cubes of one inch, and then use a fork to crumble slightly.

b) given the onion and bell pepper.

c) Add a little oil or margarine in a skillet set to medium-high.

d). Add onion, green pepper and tofu to the pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

e) Add garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, soy sauce and nutritional yeast to pan.

f) Cook the tofu scramble for 6 or 7 minutes, stirring frequently. Once done, pour into a bowl and enjoy.

You can try a struggle tofu as you would scrambled eggs, adding vegetables of your choice, such as tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach and carrots.

If you just give it a try these two recipes, you will be convinced that low calorie and vegetarian recipes need not be bland and boring. In fact, there are thousands of vegetarian dishes out there that are tasty, easy to make and good for your health.
