Acne is a tricky thing. A large part of it is outside of your control--hormones, overly oily skin, genetic predisposition. And it’s natural so you don’t have to worry about the adverse effects of any unsavory chemicals. Manage That Stress This is easier said than done, but stress and anxiety can cause acne breakouts. So you’ll want to minimize your stress as much as possible. You can try doing breathing exercises, yoga, going for jogs, or even meditation. If nothing else, it’s a good habit to get into for a lot of health reasons beyond just acne treatments. But low stress life is a great way to tackle acne and help you in other health areas too.
