Here are some delicious, finger licking good low fat and nutritious barbecue recipes. Spiced Mango Barbecue Chicken with Tomato Salad Ingredients: 1.Hot curry paste: 3 tablespoon 2.Chicken breasts, skinless and boneless: 4 3.Mango chutney: 2 tablespoon 4.Spring onion and tomato salad: as per serving Preparation Combine the mango chutney with the hot curry paste. Now use this to brush the chicken breasts. Preheat the grill and cook each side under it for about five to six minutes till it is cooked. When you are barbecuing the chicken, preheat the barbecue so that it reaches the optimum temperature. Adjust your cooking time, depending on how close to the heat source the meat is placed and how hot the barbecue is. Now serve the barbecued chicken with the spring onion and tomato salad. This preparation will serve four. Barbecued Greek Lamb Kebabs Ingredients 1.Lean lamb, cubed: 400 grams 2.Bay leaves: 12 3.Lemon, cut into wedges: 1 4.Large courgette, sliced: 1 5.Red pepper, cut into chunks: 1 6.Potato wedges: as per serving 7.A mixture of a sprinkling of oregano, a squeeze of lemon and a drizzle of olive oil Preparation Thread the lamb cubes on to the skewers, along with pieces of lemon, sliced courgette, bay leaves and red pepper. After brushing it with the mix of oregano, lemon squeeze and olive oil for about six to eight minutes, barbecue it till the lamb gets cooked. However, take care to ensure that the lamb still remains a bit pink. Now serve with the potato wedges. This preparation yields four servings.
