Located in the western part of Bangalore city, Magadi Road is the important stretch which begins at Binny Mills and stretches till the town of Magadi, which comes under Ramnagara district. Though, the international airport is located about 42 km away from this region, one can reach it with ease by the taking the NICE Road. Also, the important roads to reach Mysore and Tumkur are located just 5 mins away from this Magadi Road. Further, the Magadi Namma Metro station which connects to major areas such as MG Road and Byappanahalli. With the development of the metro line, the surrounding areas such as Nagarbhavi and Vijayanagar are expected to witness growth in commercial sector. Owing to this improved connectivity, Magadi Road has grasped the attention of many reputed builders to come up with new residential projects here. The current rate of apartments in Magadi Road begins from INR 5000 per sqft on average. As there are several industries that are along the road to Tumkur are not making much financial gain, the realty sources predicts that these industrial spaces will be repurposed in the following years. Also, it is expected that these industries will be transformed into commercial spaces in future. This will also play a major role in booming the real estate market of Magadi Road.
