Avoid so cold and so hot food, take them at natural temperature. Avoid excessive use of sweets.
Everyone knows about the worst and dangerous results of smoking on our physical health but we never know about its bad effect on our dental health. After going through many researches and results, we found that smoking reflects very hazardous effects on our dental oral hygiene.
