How do I change the way I think?

The minute you receive a negative thought we should immediately turn it to a positive. Our brain is like your modern day computer what you program into it will display on the outside. We must program our brains to think positive.
Training your mind to think positive takes time and it does not happen overnight. Its funny how our brain always thinks the worst in things and most of the time that thought never happens. Do not let your mind be the master over you but you must be the master over it.

A few years back I use to think negative and it was destroying my life. I use to worry over everything and anything. The first thing I did in improving my life was I got rid of the news. I stop watching the news in the morning.

When I did that I immediately notice I didn't worry or feared things as much, I felt free. I surrounded myself with things that were uplifting and surrounded myself with people who inspired me to be my best.

In life our number one goal is to keep growing each and everyday. If we are not growing, then we must look at our life to see whats hindering us from going forward. A lot of the time its our mind that hinders us from taking our life to the next level and reaching your full potential!
