Making of Jalapeno Pepper Sauce

Ingredients for making jalapeno

• 2 sliced jalapeno pepper
• 2 milled cloves garlic
• 2 onions bulbs¾ tsf of salt
• 2 cups of water
• 1 cup of vinegar

Direction for the preparation:

in a hot pan, pour in the oil, garlic, pepper, onion and salt. Allow to fry for some time. Pour in the water and allow cooking for about 20 minutes. Take it off from the heat and allow cooling to room temperature.

Pour in the above into your food processor, and then finally add your vinegar gently while your food processor runs. Allow to smoothen and form a thick sauce. Your jalapeno sauce is ready to serve.
