Making The Most Of Now- Your True Point Of Power

Are you making the most of now? Are you living in the present moment…capitalizing on every precious second that you have been gifted with? If you’ve answered yes to these questions then congratulations. If you’ve answered no however, then do some or all of these best describe you? You’re constantly looking back and having regrets about the past. You’re racked with worry about what the future might have in store. You’re waiting for the perfect time to start your own business, make more money, find a new job, or meet your perfect partner. Well, don’t beat yourself up if one or all of these apply, because you’re not alone For many years I was weighed down with these kinds of feelings which meant I lead a pretty miserable existence. My life was filled with regrets about the past, and worries and fears about the future. YOUR TRUE POINT OF POWER Without going into too much detail about the laws of quantum physics in the article, it does state that our true point of power is in the NOW. Everything that we create, we create in the present moment. The NOW or the present moment is all that we have. As Eckhart Tolle the German Spiritual Author says: “Life is now. There was never a time when your life was not now, nor will there ever be.” So for us to live out our desires in what we call our future, then we have to tap in to our true point of power, which is done by making the most of the now THE GIFT OF TIME Everyday each of us is on this planet is a gift. Time is so precious. Once it’s gone, it’s gone forever.rnWe all get given 24 hours each day, but what do you do with your 24 hour quota? Are you letting time pass you by or are you taking control of your life, seizing every opportunity, savoring every moment? Don’t waste a moment to be the best you can be in everything that you do. Focus your actions on what needs to be done now, and not what you might want to do tomorrow. Don’t leave anything to chance, and be committed to achieving results. When confronted with challenges, don’t see them as problems or difficulties; rather, see them as opportunities…opportunities to grow!!!! Enjoy and cherish every moment you spend with family and friends. Treat people with kindness, respect, care and admiration and they will do so in return. Don’t wait for events or other people to make you happy, just be happy regardless. Enjoy life, keep your sense of humor have fun LIVE YOUR LIFE BY DESIGN. As I mentioned earlier, you are creating your future now. How you live your life in every moment will ultimately determine what your future has in store for you. So that being the case, I’d like to ask you - what’s more important than living and making the most of the now? In my opinion, nothing is more important! That's your point of power remember!! The past is over- there’s nothing you can do about it. Your future is exactly that- the future. However when you make the most of the now and live for every moment your future will be taken care of with consummate ease. If your life isn’t going as you want it at the moment, then it’s important to acknowledge and accept it for what it is and start taking actions which will help change your current circumstances. You only have one chance at life. You only have one bite at living. So start making the most of now, and live your life by design rather than by accident.
