I have recently come across a new dieting method I have not heard of, which is known as the five two diet. This diet will require men to take 600 calories and women 500 calories daily for any two days of a week. You can then eat whatever you want for the remaining five days of the week. This diet apparently is based on solid science!
Having come up with different diets based on people's different body types for several years, I have a fair bit of knowledge about dieting for fat loss. This five two diet sounds rather legitimate in my opinion.
The idea that we can take whatever we like on the five days of the week despite supposedly being on a diet sounds very exciting and appealing! This is great since we know that at worst, we are only one day away from going back to our normal diet!
But in my opinion, you can help yourself lose weight even faster by taking less volume of all your meals on the regular days. If you were to not go crazy on junk foods or oily foods, and take relatively healthy foods you will be super charging this five two diet and giving your fat loss goal a big boost!
