The one that I use is KompoZer and you can download for free.You will put your template in KompoZer and create new documents, add images, change your site text fonts, and much more to make your site stand out to your visitors. And it’s a great tool for making your first website.

While making money from your website may be your goal, you still have to remember your visitor. First impressions are always important. Your website must look good, you will only have a few seconds to catch your visitors attention. Customers will leave your website if they can't find what they are looking for quickly.
