It is inability of a man to perform a successful and satisfying sexual activity due to lack of full erection in his reproductive organ. Usually men face complication in getting full erection as they age. It is a physical change that comes with aging. If this change comes with aging then there is nothing to panic but if a young man develops this problem then the matter should be investigated.
