Infertility :- Infertility mean not be able to become pregnant after a year of trying. If a women or a female don’t get pregnant or continue in miscarriage or unable to conceive pregnancy than you can say that it may due to infertility. Infertility is a common issue in both men and women. Male Infertility :- It is a term refer for both male and female. Not only female go though the infertility issues but also males and male who go through infertility is known as male infertility. Male infertility is due to low sperm production , low sperm mortality ,abnormal sperm function or blockages that prevent the delivery of sperm. Illnesses, injuries, chronic health problems, lifestyle choices and other factors can play a major role in causing male infertility. Causes of male infertility :- Movement of sperm : – movement of sperm refers to passing of sperm which can be different in all the males. Some male lack the movement of sperm and may have low or less movement of sperm that why they call as male infertility . It is so because if the sperm will not make any movement that it will lack in going to the vaginal track and hence there will be no fertilization of sperm with an egg. Shape of sperm: - a shape of a normal sperm is with an oval head and a tail but some male have double tail and misshapen head. This abnormal shape of sperm will always create problem to sperm to reach and penetrate an egg. Shape of sperm must a major reason of not getting pregnant. Speed of sperm : - a uterine cavity of a human is to small and a sperm can go in less than 10 minute which mean speed of a normal sperm is 5mm/min but the speed of sperm is less form the normal speed of sperm than it will not penetrate ab egg. As we know that sperm last for 72 hour in a humans body then if the speed is low than sperm may die.rnProduction of sperm : - a male ejaculate 200 sperm at a time. If the production of sperm will be low or less than the ejaculation will obviously less and the sperm will not able to fertilise am egg. Genetic issue: - Some males are infertile due to there genetic issue that mean genetically they lack a secondary sexual hormone which produce sperm. Smoking and Alcohol :- some male are best in production of sperm, sperm mortality and other causes but due to there smoking and alcoholic habits they go through male infertility. Smoking and alcohol consuming can create problems for sperm. Varicocoele: - Varicocoele is enlargement of veins in scortal scak. Due to which temperature of testis increases and it will influence the sperm production.
