Physiologically, the prostate is an almond-sized muscle gland that surrounds the male urethra and can secrete a certain fluid. The urethra is the tube that carries urine and semen out of the body, while the prostate gland provides nutrients for semen, keeps sperm alive, and protects them and the genetic code they carry, which plays a crucial role in male reproduction. The prostate gland contracts and squirts its fluid into the urethra during ejaculation, closing the opening between the bladder and urethra at the same time as ejaculation, and rapidly pushing semen through. This is why it is impossible to urinate and ejaculate at the same time. How is chronic prostatitis caused? If you have pelvic area or genital pain, and have difficulty in urinating, accompanied by urination pain or ejaculation pain for months, you have to get yourself checked in the hospital and you may have been approached by chronic prostatitis. When a man has chronic prostatitis, he usually has the following typical symptoms. 1.Pain or discomfort in the perineum, lower back, rectum, penis or testicles. 2.The man may need to urinate frequently during the day and get up to urinate several times in the evening. At the same time, there will be pain and difficulty in urinating, such as no strength when urinating, the urine line becomes thinner and so on. Sometimes, there will be a burning sensation when urinating. 3.Sexual dysfunction: pain during ejaculation, or difficulty in ejaculation, premature ejaculation or spermatorrhea. 4.Psychological symptoms: some patients will have mental depression, anxiety, memory loss, dizziness, fatigue and other symptoms. Can chronic prostatitis result in infertility? The function of the prostate gland determines that if there is a problem with the prostate gland, men may have problems with urination and sexual function. The long duration of chronic prostatitis and its recurring breakout can aggravate the influence on the male reproductive system function, such as the decrease of semen volume, the increase of the pH value in semen, the decrease of sperm density, the decrease of sperm motility and other problems, which can gradually lead to male infertility. Not only that, chronic prostatitis can also cause other complications, such as orchitis, chronic orchitis, vasculitis and other symptoms, leading to infertility. In addition to physiological factors, long-term mental pressure and psychological burden will also lead to the disorder of male endocrine hormones, resulting in the death of germ cells and sperm, leading to infertility. At the same time, the constant onset of chronic prostatitis may aggravate the psychological burden on patients, leading to the occurrence of psychogenic sexual dysfunction when having sexual life, such as erectile dysfunction, no ejaculation and other conditions, thus affecting male fertility. However, patients should know that male infertility is often caused by a variety of factors, and they should actively receive comprehensive treatment, to resolve the chronic prostatitis and related problems that can result in infertility. Commonly, the herbal medicine Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill is a mighty option for patients with chronic prostatitis and other complications like orchitis and seminal vesiculitis. It features no side effects and can effectively dispel inflammation, remove blood clots and enhance the body health. Aside from actively cooperating with the treatment, patients should also establish confidence in the daily life to avoid common factors that may cause or aggravate the disease and related symptoms, including avoiding alcohol, tobacco and spicy food, avoiding holding urine or sitting for a long time, avoiding unhealthy sexual life and frequent sexual arousal. What's more, they should get more exercise and eat more healthy food, drink more water and make sure they have enough rest in daily life. Once symptoms worsen, remember to see a doctor in time at all events.
