Dramatization of the man in a glass cager
Either a dream or a visionr
I heard a voice in my head saying, You are in a glass cage. You can look out,but you can’t get out. Your destiny awaits you. While looking through the glass, I could see my friend. What is he doing? He was walking toward the door of opportunity.
I yelled, “Hey, don’t forget about me!”
Oh no, he can’t hear me; this glass is at least five inches thick. Maybe if I pound on it, he will feel the vibration. I was frustrated because he could not feel the vibration.
As my friend got closer to his opportunity, I could see his initials on the door: J-O-H-N . . . John. I looked again, and now I saw two doors. There was a name on the other door.
Man, I need my glasses! Where are my glasses? Oh no, they’re on top of my head.
I pulled down my glasses to get a better view. I still couldn’t see.
I’ll just use the corner of my shirt to clean the lens. Now, I can see the letters on the other door. It spells C-O-M-R-A-D-D! That’s my name! Comradd! My opportunity is on the outside of this glass cage.
“God, help me find something to break this glass!” I cried out. “God, I need a breakthrough!” I kneeled down and started praying with tears rolling down my face. “Lord, don’t allow the devil to take away my opportunity.”
With my eyes closed, I could feel somebody pushing me. I looked up and saw that it was my mother.
She looked down at me and said, “Son, don’t worry; the glass is broken. There is nothing holding you back from your destiny.”
A glass cage is anything that is holding you back from doing what your heart desires. Don’t let it hold you back any longer. Your opportunity waits.
