One common questio I get asked a lot is "How can I become more consistent with my manifesting?" Some people get embarrassed when revealing that they don't have the ability to attract what they want with absolute precision. Because at the end of the day, we can know all the theory and have loads of intellectual knowledge, but if it doesn't impact our lives in a powerful and positive way, what good is it? Resistance tends to leak into your connection to yourself and the world around you, acting as a damper on your efforts to accept yourself as worthy of receiving what you desire. What do I mean by resistance? If at any point you believe that whatever it is that you want, whatever you have pictured in your mind, should not be delivered to you immediately, that is resistant energy. If you aren't in bliss because you know everything you could ever want is already in the process of being manifested, then you are resisting. Do you cripple yourself with self-deprecation every time you try to imagine yourself living a better life? For example, let's say you want a new job. A new job that pays better, is closer to home, has better benefits and one where you're talents are recognized. And you notice the very next thought is "I should be happy I have a job in this economy. I'd better not stretch my neck out too far." You aren't going to manifest your desires if you simply have a day dream about what you want and then let yourself critique and shoot yourself down until the desire is out of reach. And don't be hard on yourself. Everyone could use someone to remind them that they don't need to be so critical of themselves. We've learned it from our culture. And now it's time to unlea the old habitual ways of thinking and know yourself as a deliberate creator. To become more consistent with manifesting, check in with yourself and be honest about how you feel and what's got your attention. Where is your energy at the beginning and end of each day? Taking an honest look at yourself is the best way to increase transparency with your own thoughts so you can begin to feel the way you want to feel instead of feel how you've always felt. No one can create a different person, but sometimes having some new eyes can help you in understanding yourself. Having a trained life coach who can really listen to you and show you shortcomings you probably would not see can help greatly. If you require assistance in your journey to understand the Law of Attraction, try seeking Law of Attraction Life Coaching. Abraham-Hicks teaches that you don't have to be transmitting 100% positive emotion. Not even 75%. If you can manage to keep your mood at least more than half the time in a state of eager positivity, you will find that your world will shift to a more positive place. Obviously you're not going to just make a radical change ove ight. The most basic practice you can do is move yourself towards a place of forgiving yourself and accepting a whole existence and happiness as your answer. You will find that you have much more power to manifest what you want when you are happy and accepting of the abundance you deserve. You are deserving of happiness and love, so go out there and manifest your desires.
