Eat Right and Feel Great! by Bennett Marks 8.3.05

For most of us, the biggest challenges to optimum health are exercise and nutrition, right? We all talk about the combination of these two and frequently make firm resolutions to eat right and workout, but are diet and physical activity really the answer to looking good and feeling great? The short answer is obviously yes, but even if we’re doing well on our plan and working towards our goals; how many of us at some point fall back into the old lifestyles and stray completely from the path?

Then there are the smart ones who will start talking about changing the underlying habits, beliefs, and lifestyles in order to get at the behavior that undermines good health. But what if I told you there’s a secret enemy beyond the behaviors and beyond the limited beliefs…working against us every day? What if I told you that we never had a chance against a force so powerful that it would take down even the strongest, fittest, and most focused athletes? What if I said the answer to this riddle was quite simply that we have become addicted to sugars, salts, and convenience?

Most of us know that the best foods are Fruits and Vegetables right? So why do we eat anything else? It doesn’t make sense to pollute our body with all the junk so why do we do it? The answer is found in over 90% of everything that most of us eat on a regular basis; filled with an abundance of sugars, salts, and processed chemicals! The cold truth is that most overweight people have developed such a dependence on these foods that when they try anything different, the body starts to shutter and move into withdrawal! It’s no wonder they fall back into old patterns!

The real problem however is not that we don’t already know this stuff, but rather, how to accommodate a lifestyle that takes care of these hunger pangs in a different way. How can we reset the system and maintain good eating habits once and for all?

Diet and exercise are great if we don’t sabotage them by eating garbage food when it’s convenient. When we’re out at a restaurant and there’s a bunch of tasty stuff on the menu, it’s not okay to just put our health aside and gorge on buttery, salty, sugary substances…well at least not on a regular basis. And when we’re in the grocery store, it’s not okay to purchase all of that cheesy, heavy, artificial stuff in the name of “a meal.” The issue here is that we need a good source of wholesome food that is tasty and convenient and replaces the other substances that aren’t good for us.

Well, what if we told you that we have a new source of amazing nutrition which will renew your faith and reset your metabolism? What if we said that we have a plan that would take care of you and make available an energetically superior substance of good nutrition and tasty treats? And no, it’s not multi-level and it’s not vitamins. It’s called Wholefood Farmacy. And that’s it.
