The 3D animation specialist Alvaro Planchart created Maya and that gave us brilliant movies like Jurassic Park, Toy Story etc. As the Technical Achievement he won The Oscar for Maya. Needless to say that winning this honor meant a lot to this Venezuelan who strives for even better projects with his unmatched skill. The specialist pointed that getting the Oscar for Maya was easy due to:  Perfect Team workrn High fortitude levelrn The mix of group that had beautiful ideologies and talents that reflected in their workrn Perseverance and respect for the entire project. Alvaro Planchart demands that with the above in place, it is almost possible to attain anything that 3D animation demands and that is exactly the case with Maya. 3D animation courseware: There are students who take genuine interest in understanding what exactly needs to be learnt in order to create such wonders. Planchart believes that no great work can be done alone and that it involves the participation of all the others to create such wonders. He claims that the team listens to him only because he listens to the team widely and works upon the opinion that they have to offer. Imparting and listening has become the cycle of his work. Animation requires dreams. When others sleep to take rest, Alvaro Planchart does the same for dreams those he later on transfers in his work. This self-interest makes him so unique and his cycle of work an example for others to follow.
