Setting aside some time each and every day to regroup, re-energize and take a moment for yourself is completely and utterly imperative for your continued success, growth and development on your pathway to greater health, a lighter you and a calmer way of life. You must make time for self to begin to move forward with your dreams.

Capturing that special time each day allows you to reflect upon and ponder the goings on in your life, it gives you an opportunity to be alone and create peace in your world. Not only that, but it allows you to look at your accomplishments, truly take the time to give yourself the praise, a pat on the back, a high five for all the things you are doing really well. Using this time away from the hustle and bustle of your on goings promotes personal growth and development.

Let’s face it; it is adamantly true that until you begin to take the best care you feasibly can of yourself, you can’t possibly give the best of you to anybody else. You must take the necessary time in your day to step aside and center yourself so that you are better prepared, more aware and able to advance your capability of giving yourself fully to others around you that depend on your love and support.

Personal time-outs do wonders for your mind, body and soul. Here are just a few examples of the ways we can grow and develop when practicing the art of alone time:
