Hello everyone! I want to share some of the meals that I have been eating to feel great and have a crisp mind. Over the past week and a half, I have had a lot of energy and been able to problem solve and apply myself at work in a more complete way. Here is a list of the meals that I have had that have helped me be more successful: Chicken Salad: Grilled Chicken Breastrn Spinachrn Kalern Blueberriesrn Carrots Why I like this salad: It has all of the necessary food groups for being healthy and it is very colorful. You have the chicken, the greens, the orange (carrots) and blue (blueberries). This salad is very filling and is a good change up from a sandwich. To switch it up a little bit, I sometimes substitute strawberries for the blueberries. Any fruit would be great, so try some new things! Salmon, Green Beans, and Seeds Grilled Salmonrn Green Beansrn Sunflower Seeds What I like about this meal: It is simple, and it mixes these healthy foods well. Salmon is low fat, and high in protein. Sunflower seeds are considered a good fat food and are relatively higher in calories, however these can increase your metabolism. Turkey Burger (no bun), Avocado, Raspberries, and Green Tea Turkey Burger (no bun) Avocadorn Green Tearn Raspberries What I like about this meal: Turkey burgers are much more healthy for you than a beef burger. Avocados are full of good fat and have some nutrients, but are very tasty. Green tea has many, many, many benefits. There are many sites that can tell you these benefits. Also, there are many different flavors and you can find your favorite. By mixing it up with these meals, I guarantee that you will be feeling great.
