Meditation is the playing field upon which you put together your beliefs, objectives, and desires in your subconscious brain. It will help you put your concentration on relaxing which is very hard to do otherwise. Meditation exercises your brain so that you can improve your center of attention and introduce the message of new ideas, new beliefs, new objectives and also adapt to receiving the solutions, tools, and means you will need to accomplish your desires. Daily practice will change your life. When you first start meditating, possibly for the first few weeks, you may find your mind starting to wander. It may seem like the whole time you are meditating, you are chasing your mind and constantly trying to bring it back to focus. This is okay. It just takes time to maneuver your own mind. It doesn't matter how well you meditate, what matters is that you are meditating and you will see that in time your concentration will come more and more easily. Just be aware when your mind is wandering and gradually bring your focus on the passage of your breath. Slowly in and slowly out and concentrate on where the airflow is coming in through your nostrils. Find a quiet space somewhere in your home or office where you can be undisturbed for at least seven minutes a day to start with. You can add more time to the meditation but start your first two weeks with seven minutes a day. Sit quietly on a chair or on the floor and hold your hands any way you feel comfortable. It's important to find a position that is most relaxing for you. Close your eyes and concentrate on your breath going in and out. Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose and let it out through your mouth. Take another two or three breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth Let your breath move freely in and out through your nose putting your attention and concentration on the base of your nostrils. Continue this for seven minutes That's It! Good Luck! Feel Free To Contact Me Should You Have Any Questions Or Comments.

My name is Reverend Jennie Reve-Almodovar. I am the Founder and President of YourJourney2Joy. I am a Certified Law Of Attraction Based Life Coach currently located in Queens, New York and an Ordained Metaphysical Minister. Just to give you some background about me, after 13 successful years in a Retail Loss Prevention/Asset Protection career, I finally decided after some contemplation that what I really yearned for was to live my life to the fullest, on \"my own\" terms, enjoy life and continue to appreciate how it works. I had a strong desire to do what I love to do which is studying and teaching The Law Of Attraction. A big part of my certification at the International College Of Metaphysical Theology was first learning a lot about myself, finding my inner joy, reaching unattainable goals, sticking to them and basically taking the fear and uncertainty I had inside me and replacing it with curiosity. Once I received my certification, I knew if I can accomplish this, I can certainly guide a willing individual on to the path of their own \"Journey2Joy\" and do it successfully. In just a few year's time I was able to manifest a number of wonderful and exciting experiences in my life that at one time I would never have dreamed would be possible! Life keeps getting better and better for me because the possibilities are now limitless!
