Online dating is full of a million and one little intricacies. When we sign up for online dating we have so many choices of what we will be putting the most effort into, whether that is trying to take that perfect photo that has women from all over the world swooning, or crafting that masterful profile that even Ernest Hemingway would be envious of!
However, sometimes many of us overlook something that should be important when it comes to be successful at online dating, and relationships in general. What I am referring to is physical health. Not only will physical health help us to feel better, more energetic, and as if we have what it takes to conquer that world, but it will put our mental spirits in a whole new state of mind. Taking care of your body is proven to make you feel better emotionally and release positive endorphins.
So what should we be doing. The following are few tips that will give you the body you need to feel healthy enough to become a world class online dater!
1. Get a gym membership. Don't be lazy now. Get a membership and start hitting that gym three to four times a week. We all get very busy with our day to day routines and I am no exception. But getting a gym membership does not mean we have to go three to four times a week, and it doesn't mean we have to spend hours on end working out until we drop dead! An hour spent at the gym is more than ample time to get a solid workout in and be healthy. Four hours a week is not all that much time to commit in the grand scheme of things!
2. Improve your eating habits. Americans have very bad habits when it comes to eating. If you want that perfect body for your online dating profile pictures than start eating five small meals a day instead of three big ones. In addition, don't skip breakfast. This is the worst way to lose weight.
3. Drop the sugar. Sugar will slow you down, make you lethargic, and is terrible for your health. Each fruits, vegetables and stick to whole wheat carbs and you will start to see instant improvement.
These are just a few tips to get you started. So take online dating seriously and get your body in the shape that you need to succeed!
