If the chip found bad, one have to de-solder the chip and new one will have to add the new chip when it is installed. SIMMrnSingle inline memory module is another exclusive kind of module present in the market. This module also comes with distinct technical features and other quality nature. Two major types of SIMMS are found for the use. On the special connectors of memory card or on the mother board, small boards get easily plugged into. One should also know this that in case any part of the system fails, it becomes important to replace the entire module, ddr3 ram memory. As far as types of SIMMS are concerned, it is available in 72 pin and 30 pin physical types. The 72 pin has option for 32 bits also. It is also to be noted here that 72-pin version is larger than 30 pin SIMMs. DIMMs rnLast type of module is DIMMs which stands for Dual Inline memory modules. Three main versions of DIMMs are available which have been getting attention of users and are proving helpful as well.
