Men and women are two very different creatures. One example of this is returning phone calls. When a girl goes out with a guy, and the guy says that he will call her back, many women feel discouraged if he doesn't call back right away. Many women may not know what to do. They often wonder if they should call him, keep waiting, or assume the worst: that they've been dumped. So what exactly should you do in a similar situation? Well, first of all, you should relax and realize that it probably doesn't mean anything bad if he hasn't called back in a several days.

Guys don't view calls, emails, and texts the same way that women do. To women they are an important indicator that a guy is interested in her. To guys, however, this is not the case. If you are waiting for a guy to call you, don't call him back right away. This can actually be a turn off for men because they will think that you are too over eager to see him again. Instead wait a week, and then call him. Tell him that you had a lot of fun on the last date and that you just wanted to see how he was doing. He will probably ask you out on another date. If he doesn't answer, don't hesitate to leave a message. Tell him that you just wanted to see how he was doing, and leave him with a number to contact you with. Now it is up to him whether to take action or not. You have done your part.

Remember that men and women are different. Him not calling you back very soon is perfectly normal for a guy. Just wait a week, and chances are he also enjoyed himself and will want to keep seeing you.
