There are different mining techniques which are required and suited for different types of ores. Majorly these mining techniques are divided into two types, which are surface mining and sub surface mining. The surface mining process is done by removing the general vegetation, dirt or different types and layers of bedrock to reach the ore deposits which are buried. On the other hand sub surface mining is done by digging of the tunnels or shafts inside the earth in order to reach the buried ore deposits.
