MLM's! Why Do Most of Them Fail?

Today, the buzz in business is “Home-Based-Business”. Then comes the decision of which one is truly the best for you. There are many good business models out there, except for one thing. Very few allow true growth and expansion with the plan they present. The way many of them are structured, each person winds up on their own. What makes matters worse is the fact that most of the people bringing others into their business model have no real clue how to build their business.

So Many times I hear horror stories of how people are brought into a business and simply told, “Go get um”. Most people’s dreams are shattered because they are left in the cold with no place to go. They soon feel ripped off and think it is a scam. In most cases, it is not a scam but is sure looks that way in the eyes of the ones left behind.

Before you venture into a business, ask some simple questions about the company and the training you will be receiving. Don’t let someone gloss over this by saying we have seminars and training aids to get you going. Ask them specifics about the seminars. What do they teach you? How much are the training aids? How much are the top people making off the training aids if not offered by the company? What are you going to do for me as my sponsor? Lock them down! Make them show you. If they fail to show you to your satisfaction or can provide a senior partner who will help you the proper way, move on to the next one. It may be the same business under a different person. Relationships make all the difference and having a team that knows what they are doing makes all the difference in the world.

I thrive people who have not succeeded in other business models. I know how to help these people. They have the basic belief. They just need the right coaching. Before I agree to invite people into our group, there is a series of events that have to take place. I only work with two business centers at a time, so working with the right people is very important. Before anyone becomes involved with us, their business will already have a foundation under it. In other words, when you join we us, you are already making money.
