Monitoring your Mind

Mind is a small treasure house where we adore knowledge, wisdom, feelings and intelligence. nnPsychology of a human being, the nature of behavior, situational based conduct, actions based on beliefs are all so diversified that MIND startles us the minute we think about it. nnStill we MIND the MIND to know the limitations. We don’t cross our margins. We realize our precincts. We know what confines us. All this is true when it is a social behavior. It’s factual when someone is watching us. We act genuine to be rightful in a gathering. Seem to be legitimate in a group. nnOne facet is that we utterly fail to be ourselves at many instances. As years pass by we tend to loose our individuality. But on the other phase is we don’t MIND our MIND when we dare to be ourselves. We realize the norms only from a perspective of a society. But we neglect to nurture our mind with assertive notions and create a buoyant image for ourselves. nnDefine Assertive Notions:nPositive thoughts, positive beliefs, being optimistic - All has become too common to heed. Assertive Notions can simply be defined as filling yourself with love for others, a feeling of forgiveness, an understanding heart and a sharing mind. All this with a blend of patience and politeness. nWhen you love some one, you don’t find any fault with them. You tend to be prudent and appear gracious towards them. nThe kindness we develop towards others to forgive and forget the mistakes and blunders they do would in turn assist us in developing respect for ourselves from them. Just remember “If I can love myself despite my infinite faults, how can I hate anyone at the glimpse of few mistakes.” Filling your mind with Love and kindness is the first step towards you being a great personality. nLove with endurance is a fortitude. Affection with consideration gives you serenity. nKnowledge is the second requisite for an impressive personality. Basic graduation is just the need for the hour. But ensuing with the thirst for knowledge, nourishing the skills, growing as an intellect needs understanding proportional to being broad with an open mindset which has not constraints such as time and perfection. Being genius provides esteem. The same instinct should escort with humbleness. Knowledge becomes wisdom only when it is associated, reflected and implemented. Wisdom comes with clarity in mind and purity in heart, only then there is a surety for success. nnMonitoring your mind is scrutinizing your mind and analyzing your thoughts so that your mind can conceive it and heart can perceive it.
