Usually, the inclusion of fiber or liquids, whole grains, vegetables fruits in diet, physical exercises can help in the medication of the problem. Though laxatives can be used as a temporary solution to this provided the fact that even the excessive use of laxatives can make the situation worse as it causes the contraction of intestines and thus the solution will be to no avail. 2.Gastro esophageal reflux disease When the lower part of esophagus relaxes at an inappropriate time (hiatal hernia), the acid from the stomach enters the esophagus which causes heart burn and a burning sensation followed by a bad breadth in a person’s mouth. However, in other cases, getting rid of these gallstones demands the removal of gallbladder (which can be executed laparoscopically or by going internally be it through the mouth or the vagina. If it causes inflammation and infection in areas such as pancreas and liver. People suffering from obesity, pregnant women or those consuming the birth control medicines are likely to suffer from this problem. Also, maintain an appropriate body weight is recommended so as to prevent this problem. 4.Peptic ulcer disease PUD is mostly caused by H.pylori (a bacteria which breaks the protective lining within the stomach which leads to infection and it also has the tendency to block the digestive tract. Moreover, in the long run it might cause gastric cancer). The other causes can be excessive smoking, alcohol use and excessive NSAID use and stress (it doesn’t cause ulcers but can aggravate the symptoms). Its usual symptoms are stomach ache, nausea etc. Surgery, particularly the laparoscopic repair is also recommended ( depending upon the severity of the problem). Antibiotics can help in treating the H.pylori infection. Also, the problem can be medicated through antacids and proton pump inhibitors. Internal bleeding may happen if these ulcers are left untreated which further leads to even serious infections. So, it’s common medication can be limiting smoking and limiting the use of anti-inflammatory drugs. 5.Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) covers many other digestive disorder underneath itself, mainly two:rn1.
