Most Common Air Conditioning Problems- Here is the list of most common air conditioner problems- 1. Air conditioner blowing hot air- The first problem that you can face with your air conditioner is when it starts blowing out hot air. In this problem, you would be able to notice that even after you have set a proper temperature, you will get the hot air out of your AC unit. ● You would be able to face this hot air issue with your AC unit if the Refrigerant level is low. ● You can even face this issue if the evaporator coil is dirty. In this case, you would have to clean your evaporator coil. ● If you are facing this hot air blowing issue with your AC unit, then there must be some issue in the outside unit of your AC. ● Your outside unit must be clogged because of which you are facing the issue of the air conditioner blowing hot air. ● You must have made some wrong thermostat settings which leads to this problem. 1. Drainage- You all must have heard that filters of your AC unit can be clogged, but along with that drainage is also a place that can be clogged because of dirt and dust particles. If this is the problem faced by your AC unit, then you would be able to notice that water will leak from the unit and hence it will cause massive damage to your AC unit. 2. Breakers and Fuses- This is a part of your AC unit with the help of which you can get rid of overheating issues. It is noticed that in most of the cases, these breakers and fuses die because of which your AC unit starts overheating and hence it leads to several other problems. 3. Capacitors- With the help of a capacitor, all the works regarding the compressor of your AC unit is carried out. Moreover, it is noticed when capacitors are not working correctly, then at that time, the motor of your compressor would not be able to work properly. 4. Evaporator Coils- The primary purpose of the evaporator coil is to absorb heat from the air and hence it directly sends it towards your place with the help of which you would be able to get cold air. But evaporate coils can also get corroded because of which they would not be able to absorb heat from the air. So, if you face any of the above issues you can get rid of the same by having adequate knowledge about the reason behind the concerned problem.
