Here is a great tasting stir fry that will keep you coming back for more. And the corn pasta is amazing… and will fill you up and keep you going all day long. My wife loves bok choy so we have it often. And this dish is great for the body because it is anti-inflammatory, lowers blood sugar, lowers blood pressure, lowers cholesterol, anti-cancer, and full of lots of healing antioxidants. For sure you will come back for seconds with this wonderful and healthy stir fry.

Another Whole-Foods Plant-Based Recipe:

1 - Pound of Organic Corn Pasta - Cooked

1 - Pound of Organic Baby Bok Choy - Cut in half

6 - Cups of Organic Mushrooms - Cut in Half

1 - Large Organic Yellow Onion - Cut in Rings

1 - Large Organic Orange Bell Pepper - Cut in Strips

8 - Large Cloves of Organic Garlic - Cut in Half

2 - Tablespoons of Organic Garlic Powder

2 - Organic Veggie and Salt-Free Bouillon Cubes

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Enough Filtered Water to Stir Fry Everything

(Optional) - A Little Organic Soy Sauce

Cook your pasta ahead of time as directed on the package.

Then take all your veggies and everything else (except the pasta) and place them in a large wok or pot. Add a little water to the wok and keep the heat on high. Keep moving all the veggies around constantly to keep them from burning and add more water to make sure nothing sticks to the wok and everything cooks evenly.

As soon as the veggies just change color remove from the heat, and place the veggies on top of a plate containing a good amount of cooked corn pasta.

That’s It!

Enjoy.
