In lifting objects to be transferred to your new home, first you need to pack them properly. You should keep your things in appropriate size boxes. When lifting heavy objects, you need to know the proper posture to exert when doing the lifting. Lift the object using your leg muscles and straighten your knees in a steady motion. And lastly, stand completely upright without twisting. Always move your feet forward when lifting an object.
