The human body is possibly the most attractive part of human body which has always been the centre of attraction for everyone. The body of a person has many parts or organs which have their own work or functions. The structure of the body is provided by the set of bones which is called the skeleton system but this system can not work properly till it gets the muscles which s provided by the muscular system. Truly these two systems together build the basic anatomy of a human body. The personality of a man largely depends upon the firm structure of his chest. A so called good personality is incomplete without a well developed and well formed chest. Therefore it has been a craze among the people of young age to give a broad shape to their chest. They are very much aware of the fact that their personality will be evaluated largely by the way their chest would look. They need to have a better idea of the things properly. They must be very careful to find out the best possible ways to frame their chest firmly and manly. I used the term ‘Manly' because on many occasions it has been found that due to the lack of proper guidance, their chest such a odd shape that it gets a feminist look. That is obviously very embarrassing, isn't it? This article will help you to get the proper guidelines to get firm chest. It is an accepted fact that you need to carry out a set of definite exercises to get your dream come true as far as your chest is concerned. Here are some effective exercises that would give you the desired look. Flat bench press You are advised to perform this exercise with dumbbells and barbells. In order to start any flat bench exercises, lie on a flat bench and position your feet flat on the floor firmly. Make sure that your bump, back, shoulders, and head are firmly in contact with your shoulder width. Place your arms straight up with your hands enthralling the block with your thumbs wrapped around the bar. Hold the barbell or the dumbbell above your body and then lower it slowly to the lower part of your chest about the same area where you find you nipples. Then drive the barbell or the dumbbell up until your arms are straight and your elbows are almost locked, then press your chest muscles real hard. Repeat it for 2 or 3 times initially. Dumbbell fly To do this chest exercise, you need a flat platform (preferably a bench) and a set of dumbbells. Sit down slowly on the border of the flat bench with a dumbbell in each hand. Lie back, placing the dumbbells close to your chest. Then lift the dumbbells over your chest by extending your arms simultaneously. Keep your butt and shoulders flat on the bench and your feet placed firmly on the ground. Keeping your arms loose, lower the dumbbells to the sides of your body slowly in an arc-like motion. At this point, your bent elbows should remain on a horizontal plane, even with the bench. Slowly bring the weights back up over your chest in an arc. Initially repeat this for 5 to 10 times. Incline bench press This exercise will aim your muscle fibers from the upper chest area. A broad upper chest and a pair of solid shoulder muscles will give you that much desired V shape upper body. Flat bench press lays emphasis on the lower part of the chest and so may result in the relaxed chest look. These three exercises are effective enough to bring you the chest you like to get. But you should remember one thing that you should do these exercises in the presence of expert trainers as they may cause opposite results if not done properly.
