Wouldn’t it be great to intuitively know which foods are best for you and which to avoid? A knowing that wouldn’t require a bunch of time and energy to “receive” the correct answer.
Actually, you can. With my method, called The Food Codes™, I teach you exactly how to do this. It’s with muscle-testing.
The Food Codes method is a deceptively simple way to disce
what your body needs at any moment. People have a seemingly magical ability to know a truth from a lie. But it’s not magic; it’s an intuitive gift we all possess.
You can trust yourself to know what is right for you. You have all the answers you need right now to obtain optimal health and wellness. It’s inside you, in what I call your “inner knower.”
The Shocking Truth Resides Inside
I once attended an energy-medicine seminar at which a well-known guest speaker spoke about internalized emotions. She asked for a volunteer from the audience to share something they were constantly struggling with. A woman went up on stage and talked about having gained weight since her divorce.
The speaker then asked the woman a pointed question about her weight issue. The woman’s answer to the question was, “I don’t know.” The speaker immediately blurted back to the
woman, “Yes you do, and you know it in your knower!”
The startled woman blinked in astonishment and then immediately spoke the answer. Your inner knower is just another name for your subconscious mind, which is where you access your all-knowing intelligence.
It’s a data storage and retrieval system, but it’s more complex than any computer. It’s an unlimited memory bank of everything that has ever happened to you. It files sensations, impressions, and thoughts from all your senses. It never sleeps and constantly records information from your body and environment. It has the power to draw on forces of infinite intelligence. And you can access your inner knower at any time.
You can access this data storage with a very simple method called muscle-testing. It’s the technique you will use to access your subconscious mind. I teach this to my precious grandchildren, so you know it’s safe. Anyone can do it, and it’s fun.
Intuition at Work
Your body knows what foods it needs for health, what foods it needs to be trim and fit, and what foods might be causing you pain, inflammation, weight gain or loss, or symptoms ofrndisease. The information is stored in your inner knower.
Muscle-testing shows you how to access the information at home, at the grocery store, at a restaurant, and even in a buffet line on a cruise ship. You can use it silently and unobtrusively. No one will notice. They will only see that you are healthier and looking better than ever before.
Stop letting others tell you what to eat! Learn how to listen to your body and your own inner wisdom. Every patient carries her or his own doctor in their subconscious mind.
